Return/Replacement request for any Order should be submitted within 3 days of receiving the Product. However, in case of Damaged/ Missing/Wrong Product the request should be raised immediately upon delivery, after payment has been made and confirmed from the account department if the money is transferred.

The customer has the right to check the item after payment has been made and confirmed. Smartmall.ng will not be under any liability to replace any item thereafter.
