Return/Replacement Policy

We consistently work towards the protection of our customer's interest. Hence, we offer you an easy process to return/replace products, whenever applicable.

You can file in a return request within 3 days of order delivery. Money is not refundable and money cannot be left in our custody; items can only be exchanged for another item once you initiate a return request. After approval, pickup of the product will be arranged through our delivery/logistic partners.

If our pickup service is not readily available, we will ask you to dispatch the product to us. After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement is initiated. Please note that Replacement would depend upon the stock availability.

When a pickup for return is initiated the customer will be responsible for paying for the
pickup and delivery.

We will call you and send you an email.

We initiate the replacement within 3 working days once we receive the product at our end.

Returns/Replacement is accepted under the following cases:

  • Wrong Product – Products delivered is different from the products name from the
    website
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Defective Product – Products delivered has a factory/Manufacturing defect.
  • Damaged Product – Product has a physical damage
  • If the item is opened or tampered with or referred to a technician(s) not affiliated to the manufacturer. Please, be informed that warranty does not cover power surge.
  • If the carton is torn.
  • If the seal is broken

Products that have been altered from their original or opened by authorized personnel without permission.

Delivery of the item is done at the gate of the customer’s house or location after payment has been made either by cash, pos, or transfer. However, in the case of transfer, the dispatch will confirmed payment from the account department before giving the item to the customer.

Every Item can be tested by the customer after payment has be confirmed in the presence of the delivery personnel.

Smartmall.ng offers manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty of items starts from the date of
purchase/delivery. For warranty to be valid, kindly read the warranty clause/policy on the product manual of online.
If an item has issue within the warranty period, kindly call us or take the product to the service centre with smartmall.ng receipt.
